I use Thrive avocado oil mayo with satisfaction, but new purchasers should know that, if you use it infrequently, it separates and eventually curdles in the refrigerator. This doesn’t bother me–vigorous stirring brings it back together just fine and the flavor if unaffected–but we had someone new using our kitchen who asked for a new jar of mayo because he was sure it was spoiled. I don’t think he noticed that he was handed a new jar of the same stuff.

My favorite is Trader Joe’s Canola Mayo

It is not organic but they do have one that has organic soybean oil.
But the flavor is not as good for the organic soybean one. I avoid soybean oil entirely. But the Canola one that Tj’s has is fantastic. TONS of flavor and GOOD ingredients! I wish I knew who made it, I would buy stock in the company!

I just bought Krafts real mayo and krafts reduced fat olive oil Mayo in plastic jars. Need it for a recipe but will return one. Which of the two poor choices would you use and which would you return?

it’s difficult to get at times, but it’s just amazing stuff! however, i never tried primal kitchen’s which also looks wonderful!

Sir Kensington’s has a mayo which uses Avocado oil – clean ingredients. It contains sugar though unlike the Primal kitchen one. This mayo tastes just like all the mayo that you have known form your childhood.:) All the rest of their mayo uses Sunflower oil.

In reply to Linda. Glass is always preferred, and I like avocado oil. I am not a Costco member so I cannot look at the product, however, I prefer organic products. If you are comfortable with it, it certainly sounds better than some other traditional mayos.

Costco carries Chosen Foods 100% avocado oil mayo. It’s not organic but looking at the ingredient label there is no canola or soy oil. It lists cage free eggs, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and rosemary extract. It comes in a glass jar too!
