Doesn’t work. Unless you want to wash your dishes by hand before (because the wash doesn’t get them clean ) and after (due to film on dishes and glasses), don’t buy it.

We started with a sample size and it got our glasses cleaner than anything else we’ve tried before. Bought the larger size bag and it’s still getting everything clean. For tougher cleans, they do recommend using white vinegar in the rinse aid dispenser.
