What Makes This Good Stuff
An organic bug spray that is entirely free of chemicals but is also truly effective. Bugs Be Gone herbal insect repellent from Green Goo is safe for children and pets.
Note that you have to apply natural bug sprays–this and others–more frequently and in greater quantities than when you use products with super toxic deet. 4.5 oz.
• Repel Bugs
• Bug Bite Relief
• Deodorize
Directions:
Spray on your skin to repel bugs or spray on after a bite to relieve skin. A couple spritzes in the air deodorizes and a few sprays in your hands is great for a quick clean.
Green Goo is one of the oldest herbal salve companies in America, founded in 1971. At Green Goo, each recipe is carefully designed using the wisdom of traditional herbal medicine, and all of the ingredients used by Green Goo are organic, although the beeswax and some of the wildcrafted herbs are not certified as such. Green Goo makes small batches of salve to insure freshness and quality.

Mosquitos always feast on me…but when I use this – I can sit outside and not be bothered! AND I actually like the smell….swear.
Colleen –
This stuff smells wonderful and I feel good dousing my kids with it. The drawback–it has to be re-applied really frequently to truly keep the mosquitos at bay. To be fair, I have found this to be the case with all natural bug sprays. I wish Sierra Sage could take the same active ingredients and made a more potent version.

This is not so much a review, but a question. The new formulation I received now contains Polysorbate 20, Potassium Sorbate and Citric Acid. Do you still recommend this?
Dennis –
I soaked myself in Bugs be Gone and it is absolutely useless. Getting eaten alive by I believe black flies and no see-ums.

Yes, we still approve of all the ingredients!
