The best way to dispose of your used Bamboo Electric Toothbrush heads is to use a pair of tweezers to first pull out the bristles, as they are made of Nylon. Then, split the brush head down the middle (start at the bottom where the cornstarch insert is) and remove the cornstarch insert. The bristles and the insert go in the trash and the main bamboo portion is 100% biodegradable.

WHAT IS THE SMALL PLASTIC PART IN THE TOOTHBRUSH HEAD MADE OF?

The small insert in each bamboo toothbrush is made from cornstarch and Polypropylene, one of the safer plastics. This component is 60% biodegradable and ecologically superior to the plastics used in standard electric toothbrush heads.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The 1-year warranty on the electric toothbrush covers any and all toothbrush malfunctions that are not the result of user error, breakage or accidental damage. Checklist:

1. Check that batteries have adequate life.
2. Check that batteries have been installed and polarity is correct. If necessary, remove and re-fit batteries and base section.

 1.Polarity of batteries may be incorrect. Remove base and check.
 2. Orientation of base section bay be incorrect. Remove base section and make sure that the visible battery symbol is facing the front of the toothbrush handle.

 1. Remove toothbrush head (pull out of handle) and re-fit.
 2. Make sure there is no damage to rotating head (e.g. from biting/chewing).
 3. Make sure toothbrush head is clean (toothpaste residue can build up inside).
4. Install replacement head.

DIRECTIONS: Wash your hands! After each feeding time: Wrap one wipe around your finger and use around all surfaces of the gums, teeth, tongue and cheeks. Use immediately after opening sachet and dispose of wipe after one use.
