Maia and her family, who lived in Vermont for 30 years, always stock up on Butterfly Bakery’s organic treats when they visit Montpelier. Somehow, no one in Brooklyn has figured out how to make maple-syrup sweetened snacks, so Maia soon took to ordering in bulk from Butterfly Bakery.
