What’s Not in Soapwalla’s Deodorant Cream
- They do not contain questionable additives such as sodium lauryl sulfate, parabens, or harsh and harmful chemicals, petroleum, or aluminum compounds that are frequently found in commercial antiperspirants, and they are NEVER tested on animals.
- Soapwalla does not use aluminum zirconium in their Deodorant Cream’s; aluminum zirconium cause skin cells to swell and in turn pinch your sweat glands closed in order to keep them from releasing perspiration. Please note that Soapwalla’s Deodorant Cream is not an antiperspirant. Please use your deodorant within 6 months of purchase.
Soapwalla was born in a Brooklyn kitchen, and is still produced in small batches a few blocks from where Gimme the Good Stuff founder Maia James lives! Soapwalla’s products are 100% natural and incredibly effective. Soapwalla partners with small farms and when you talk to their founder, Rachel, you can tell she’s wildly passionate about creating products that not only support skin health, also are friendly to the environment.

Soapwalla lavender scented cream is THE BEST!
I’ve been using the small container since before Christmas. It lasts all day and a little goes a long way! Had no clue it was local (I live in Manhattan).
Love your reviews and newsletters!

I’m using the citrus scented now and I love it! It was definitely a change to use a cream deodorant rather than a roll-on stick, but I’m used to it now and it works so well!

I survived a hot & humid Massachusetts summer with this citrus deodorant (it lasted about 4 months). I was hesitant about ordering this scent because some odors give me a reaction (headache and nonstop runny nose [TMI]), but the scent is mild and pleasant. I didn’t stink and my clothes had a nice citrus scent to them rather than pit smells. More importantly, my arm pits no longer have red rashes. I’ve been switching between a few “natural” deodorants (Tom’s, Earth Science, and Lavanila) for a couple of years and this is the first one that didn’t cause a rash on my sensitive skin.

I received this deodorant through my subscription to Mighty Nestand was a little hesitant to try a rub on deodorant, but now I am addicted. My father always used to say I needed to be put back into the oven, because I am literally allergic to the world (even my own tears give me a rash!!).This deodorant is so gentle on my skin that I have no problems at all. Plus, even more important, it works so well. I have tried another brand after my experience with this one,but during colder weather that product got really tough to rub on, because it becomes quite hard. Just like a previous reviewer I am pleasantly surprised by the fact that I am supporting a local, female business owner; I live on Long Island. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
